Donation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the planned event; due the high volume of requests, donations are limited to the City of Bloomington.

We apologize that we are unable to accommodate any donation requests during the weekends of Lotus Festival, Little 500 and 4th Street Festival, or Student Welcome Week.
